10月30日，重庆第二届人力资源服务创新创业大赛决赛在中国·重庆人力资源服务产业园举行。大赛由重庆市人力资源和社会保障局主办，重庆市人才研究和人力资源服务协会承办。重庆市人力资源开发服务中心参赛项目“数字技术赋能企业数字人才匹配与成才平台”从150个优秀项目中脱颖而出，获得成长组一等奖。

据悉，本次大赛设初创组、成长组两个赛道，共吸引了150个项目报名。经过初赛、复赛激烈角逐，最终遴选出20个优秀项目入围决赛。其中，“未来HR·数智员工”“数字人才平台”分别摘得初创组、成长组的桂冠。

决赛现场，参赛选手各显其能，通过8分钟项目推介、5分钟答辩阐述了参赛项目的核心技术、商业推广、发展前景等内容，有“看点”更有“亮点”。

据了解，本次大赛参赛项目总体上呈现出创新性强、覆盖面广、技术实力强、跨界融合度高等4大特点，人力资源领域“专、精、深”发展趋势明显。参赛项目数量较去年增长33.89%，其中，市外项目占比为12.66%。进入决赛的20个项目大部分应用了大数据、建模、云平台等新科技、新技术，覆盖了数字化招聘、AI就业、海外引才等人力资源服务全业务生态链。

随着数字经济占GDP比重不断攀升，对数字技术人才的需求急剧增加，2021年人社部启动数字技术工程师培育项目，旨在每年培养8万名数字技术人才。在此背景下，重庆市人力资源开发服务中心推出企业数字人才匹配与成长平台，该平台集选拔、培养、评估与职业发展于一体，包含数字技术人才测评、特色化培训、综合评价三大核心服务。

具体来看，平台运用先进AI智析职途测评技术，结合官方培育项目，精准剖析个人潜能与岗位需求，为用户定制专属的职业发展路径。通过特色化培育服务，确保培训内容紧贴市场需求，并通过四阶段评估模型全程监管学员成长，不断优化升级培训内容。一方面助力每一位学员在数字领域实现高效成长，另一方面，也为企业提供精准、高效的人才解决方案，助力企业数字人才队伍建设，提升整体竞争力。
